The aim of compliance management is to ensure adherence to rules and values by Group companies, managers and employees, and to meet the requirements of business partners and stakeholders.

We have defined our values in our Code of Ethics and other publications, both in our dealings with each other and with customers and other business partners. Our compliance program includes training courses (classroom and e-learning) and a variety of publications to provide information and raise awareness.

The corporate management communicates the corporate guidelines and principles and puts them into practice.

Compliance risks are continuously monitored, measures are derived and initiatives are taken.

The compliance strategy of the SHS Group has been defined and developed on the basis of our corporate culture and values.
