Dillinger’s tool and mould steels enable you to produce extremely high-quality moulds for the production of plastics and pre-cast concrete components – and with exceptionally high cost-efficiency, too. These are case-hardening steels and quenching and tempering steels which we have further optimised specifically for these applications.
The Dillinger range for your needs
- Dillinger can supply the large heavy-plate thicknesses you need.
- Our DIMO proprietary steel, developed specifically for plastics moulds, convinces its users with properties such as optimum EDM machinability, polishability and extremely high geometrical stability.
- We supply a broad range of steels with special wear and fatigue resistance for pre-cast concrete moulds, including case-hardening steels, for example.
- The production route for these steels is consistently orientated around good chip-removing machinability and low proneness to distortion.
