Il Primo – Steel Meets Style
In the heart of Downtown Dubai, the architectural masterpiece Il Primo rises 365 meters into the sky.
This impressive height earns the skyscraper a place on the list of the world's tallest residential buildings. Thanks to its location directly on Burj Khalifa Lake, the tower offers an impressive view of the Dubai Fountains and is a new landmark on the Dubai skyline.
Special standards were also set in the selection of steel, with Dillinger supplying around 5,540 tons of heavy plate in the higher-strength grades S460M/ML, S460NL, and S460Q with plate thicknesses of up to 210 mm for this skyscraper.
Vida Dubai Marina & Yacht Club – Architecture Meets Lifestyle
“Vida,” the Spanish word for life, stands for a certain lifestyle here. Located directly on the waterfront promenade of Dubai Marina, the hotel combines modern design with luxury.
Vida Dubai Marina & Yacht Club has 158 stylish hotel rooms and over 300 exclusive residences. Its towering silhouette and location right on the waterfront not only offer breathtaking views of the marina but also make it an architectural statement in the heart of Dubai.
Dillinger supplied an additional 300 tons of heavy plate in the higher-strength grades S460ML, S460NL, and the extra-high-strength steel S690QL for this residential building.
