The buildings built in the Emirate of Dubai are taking on dimensions that are exceeding the imaginations of many Europeans.
The last one on the list: The Address Sky View skyscraper complex, inaugurated at the end of 2019.
Architecturally impressive
The 260-metre high mixed-used building complex (hotel and residences) consists of two imposing glass towers linked together by a vertiginous ship-shaped bridge. This 220-metre high “sky bridge” extends over three floors and offers as panoramic deck a 360-degree view of Dubai’s city centre. In addition to an observation platform, it also houses a huge 70-metre long infinity pool with view to the city, as well as a restaurant and a bar.
For this real eye-catcher, Dillinger supplied 700 tons of heavy plate in the qualities S460ML and S460NL in thicknesses between 30 and 150 mm.
