Dillinger heavy plate for the
railway bridge over the Aller river near Verden

Another winner!

The 375-meter-long bridge replaces the existing bridge over the Aller that is part of the DB railroad line from Wunsdorf to Bremerhaven. The slender trough bridge is notable for its construction, which employs select materials and blends harmoniously with the surrounding flatlands along the Aller river. The bridge was built in eight phases using the incremental launching method. Dillinger delivered around 700 tons of steel, including higher-strength high-quality steel, for the prize-winning bridge.
