Dillinger plates
for Morokko

The plant owner is AFRIQUIA GAZ MAROC in Jorf Lasfar. The four spheres each have a diametre of 23770 mm, a volume of 7000 m³ and a dead weight of 530 t. The design pressure is 7.5 bar and the design temperature –20 °C to +50 °C. The spheres were constructed in accordance with the code CODAP 2000. Dillinger delivered 1884 t of heavy plates in steel grade P355GH mod. in thickness up to 30 mm, width up to 3m and length up to 12m. The plates had to fulfill Charpy-requirements at -20 °C.
